Many USAA members have made the PCS to Charles Schwab but it’s new territory for most. Will we like it? Will they understand me? What help do they provide? Danielle leads the virtual branch network at Charles Schwab that serves USAA members who’ve recently transitioned to Schwab for wealth management services. And most importantly, she’s a fellow Army brat. Danielle shares in this show what it looks like from the other side of the transition for USAA members becoming Schwab customers.
